We will let you know of the good places to shop and give you advice to spot the bad places. We will tell you about the bad experiences we have had, but we don't think its fair to name the retaillers unless they have actually broken any consumer laws, we will instead give you tips to recognise and avoid these types of retailler, we also pass on a link to this page to the customer services department of retaillers so they can improve the service provided, so any comments or experiences are appreciated.
