From time-to-time, we will review a product or conduct a giveaway. The product review is our opinion and has been tested by us or a friend of ours (this will be specified). Giveaways are open to those living in the United Kingdom.

Many times we also share products we love with our readers. They are truly items we come across that we like, and want others to know about. We will make the distinction between items we find and product reviews.

The majority of the advertising on the site will be relevant to the product or service on that page and are hand picked by us.

Any contact details provided by you are for our use only, they will not be passed on to any other parties, we will keep them on record in our database and only contact you if you have agreed for us to do so. if you require them removing, contact us and we will be more than happy to do so.

Termination of advertising
If advertisers wish to have their advertisement removed from the Internet before the end of their subscription period, this will be done, but no refunds will be made. 

A Refund will only be made to any advert that is deemed to have unsuitable content by the Webmaster. If for any reason the advert is removed from the site before the end of the subscription period a refund for the amount of time the advert was missing will be issued, i.e 1 day from a 1 month subscription in March = 32p per day. 1 day from a 1 year subscription = 27p per day refund.

Accuracy 
The Webmaster of this website cannot accept any legal responsibility for the accuracy of the advertisements, or any alleged breaches of contract on an advertiser's part and the advertiser indemnifies The Webmaster of this website against all costs, expenses and losses arising out of a claim relating to the content of an advertisement. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their advert accurate and up-to-date by informing the Webmaster of this website of any changes. Advertisers should inform us immediately of any material change required in the content of the advert.
